The 3 PAULY history

From biscuit factory to specialist for “sensitive nutrition”

1934

The 3 PAULY biscuit factory is founded by the three brothers Heinrich Clement, Theo and Ferdinand PAULY in Friedrichsdorf in the Taunus region. They soon expand their product range to include diet biscuits in addition to rusks and normal biscuits, taking the first steps towards specialisation.

1965

As the premium special products fulfil strict quality guidelines, 3 PAULY products are now sold in German health food stores.

1971

3 PAULY moves from Friedrichsdorf to a larger production hall in Dreihausen near Marburg.

1998

3 PAULY embarks on a sales collaboration with health food store brand “Sibylle-Diät”. The company’s future development is characterised by continual innovations and high quality standards.

2000

Haus Rabenhorst, a well-established company with an excellent reputation producing premium fruit and vegetable juices for health food stores, pharmacies and the natural food sector, acquires the trademark rights to 3 PAULY and “Sibylle-Diät”.

2006

Relaunch of the 3 PAULY brand: logo and packaging are brought up to date. A points system on the packaging clearly lists those ingredients which have been deliberately excluded during the product’s manufacture for people with special nutritional needs.

2009

3 PAULY is established as the brand for people with food allergies and intolerances. Its range includes gluten-free, wholemeal, lactose-free, low-fructose and fibre-enriched products.
