In addition to its delicious taste, teff, or dwarf millet, is also highly popular due to its consistency. Teff flour’s excellent water retention properties mean that cakes and bread baked with 3 PAULY teff flour stay soft and moist for longer.
The 3 PAULY teff pasta specialities are produced without the addition of milk, egg, soya and salt and are popular thanks to their unique taste and the pasta’s excellent quality. Customers can enjoy gluten-free pasta with a rich, hearty taste without the irritation of sticky spaghetti.
The teff range is rounded off with three delicious gluten-free bread types using teff flour: farmhouse bread, vintner bread and black bread. All bread specialities are lactose-free and are produced without the addition of milk, egg, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and lupin.
