Easy preparation
The dark baking mix for bread with teff is easy to prepare and contains a lot of healthy ingredients. Teff flour, psyllium and chia seeds are combined to a delicious gluten-free bread.

Contains 400g baking mix and 7g dry yeast in accessory pack Ingredients: rice flour, teff flour (10%), tapioca starch, plantain flour, unhardened vegetable fat (palmoil), teff flakes (2,5%), dextrose, dry yeast, salt, dried sourdough (rice flour), psyllium seeds, chia seeds, apple fiber
Preparation:
- Put the mixture (bag content) into a mixing bowl
- Measure 380 ml lukewarm water
- Add the dry yeast (accessory pack) to the water and add it to the misture
- Knead for about 4min with the kitchen machine
- Fill the dough into a greasy baking dish and leave to rise about 3 cm
- Bake the bread for approx. 60 min at 220°C (top and bottom heat) in the preheated oven
