3 PAULY Egg-Substitute is a neutral-flavoured, vegan powder made entirely from vegetable ingredients. It is ideal for making both hot and cold dishes and is used wherever the loosening and binding properties of eggs are needed. In particular, this egg substitute offers people allergic to eggs or gluten or who are fructose-intolerant a practical alternative to ordinary eggs.
It is not suitable for making dishes like scrambled or fried eggs.
